1Hi, so, this video is a demonstration of the 'I love you' massage.
2This massage can be used by individuals who have problems with constipation
3loose stool or generalized pelvic or abdominal pain.
4So what you're going to need to get started is a little bit of cream.
5And we're going to place that cream across the whole entire belly, just like this.
6And so, the 'I love you' actually represents letters.
7So, we're starting on the left side at the left rib, we're going to actually draw the letter I
8down to the left pelvic bone.
9And then the letter L comes across the ribs and then down.
10and then the letter U goes from the right pelvic bone, up to the ribs, across and down.
11Okay? But before we can do the actual I love you part,
12we need to make sure that we make room for any of the stool that we're moving along.
13So, what we need to do is empty out any stool that's sitting in the sigmoid colon,
14which is located across here.
15And we need to push any stool that's there down toward the rectum, so just like this.
16We're going to start at the pelvic bone and go down to the middle.
17So we're going to do this 10 times.
18Okay? You can use three or four fingers it's up to you.
19You want to use moderate pressure.
20And then once we've done this, then we're going to start with the letter I.
21So we're going to start with the letter I and then come down.
22Okay? We're gonna do this 10 times.
23Then we're going to do the letter L, so we're going to come across and down
24and then just emptying toward the rectum, just like this.
25Okay? So we're going to do this 10 times.
26Then we're going to do the letter U,
27so we're going to come up, across, down and then empty
28up, across, down and empty,
29Just like that, 10 times.
30Okay? And then at the end we're going to do 10 circles around the belly button.
31Just like this. And this is for these small intestines.
32So we're going to do that 10 times.
33Okay? So you can basically perform this massage once a day
34but if you happen to be a little more constipated or...
35have some in indigestion or a bit more pain then you can try...
36doing the massage you know once in the morning and once in the evening and see how you feel.
